Samanta and Claudia, founders of l’Evento in Tuscany,
have years of experience and a proven trackrecord in working closely with you or your event staff, step by step and bringing forward
imaginative solutions, to ensure that nothing is spared or

They shared with us the story of a birthday celebration they recently organized for the wife of an American client… For this special occasion, they rented a large historic residence in the Tuscan hills and arranged a candlelight dinner accompaniedby a string quartet. Dinner was followed by a ballet in the music room performed by a world-famous  ballerina. (The wife is a huge fan of ballet so her husband wanted an unforgettable evening for his bride). The owners of l’Evento meticulously plan each part of any event, whether simple or elaborate.
Further offerings include special audiovisual equipment and
services (i.e. simultaneous or consecutive translation services and equipment, video and audio recording, etc), professional
photographers, stunning floral decorations, special lighting,
marquee setting, music and any other special entertainment
you may require. Cultural activities, including spouse and
